13 Hawkeye
14 Hawkguy
15 Pizza Dog
So Hawkeye is probably one of the greatest monthlies in print at the moment. It’s a perfect version of itself, a perfect fusion of artists and writer, of Hawkeye and Hawkguy, of pizza and dog. Read it. Read it all. Let Hawkeye, starring Hawkeye (Kate Bishop) and Hawkeye (Clint Barton) and Pizza Dog (
ArrowLucky), become your monthly present to yourself.Because every month could use some sprucing up. Even a Mighty Month of Marvel. Spruce it up by VOTING for the Marvel character you love best.
I love Pizza Dog best.
I know I’m supposed to continue with the hoodievengers BUT! I was talking to a friend about these comics and we both convened that Bucky and Clint are unable to plan. This drawing is the result of that conversation and I just had to share.
Kate Bishop Hawkeye.
Aw, man there’s a ton wrong with this thing now that I pulled it all together. I think its mostly due to the fact that I DON’T read Hawkeye, so the few references that I did have to Kate’s costume was far and few between. Plus Aja isn’t one for vasts amounts of detail.
Looking at this, it really does look like a female version of Barton’s. Tried to incorporate the few details I did see, her belt design, her arm guard, her sunglasses. I keep telling myself when Aja leaves, the next artist will have to do these details eventually, right? Its not bad overall, but it looks like if I really want to nail it, I have to go and pickup the book.
I also didn’t like her hair in the book, went to more of her young Avengers look.

hawkeye^2 AU | Clint Barton/Kate Bishop (for manceraydered)
One of the more interesting outcomes of the New York incident is the discovery of a bow-toting vigilante, dubbed ‘Hawkeye’ after the infamous archer who played a key role in the foiled alien invasion, who has been aiding the police in (literally) pinning down street criminals. At the behest of the NYPD (and his own conscience), Clint Barton aka Hawkeye sets out to investigate the identity of this mysterious crime fighter, who turns out to be a teenaged girl named Kate Bishop.

Probably the best gif set I’ve ever seen on Tumblr. Such a wonderfully imaginative and well edited piece. Even though the actual Avengers vs. X-Men event has been poo so far, I’d kill to see a live action adaptation.
I keep imagining the possibilities… It would be so fucking cool.
This is so fucking perfect.
